I was very excited about my Stanley Quencher, but disappointed when it arrived. It was in a squashed Amazon outer box with no bag and no Stanley box. Just the flask lying in a damaged Amazon box, no padding, no protection at all. I know that they are usually shipped in a bag within a sturdy Stanley box. The flask was scratched and as it is black it really shows. I contacted Amazon who offered me a $3.79 discount on a $102 dollar supposedly brand-new flask, that was very clearly a second! My other option was to return the flask which involved me driving 30km to get labels printed etc., and a couple of hours of my time. Then the refund was going to be much less than I paid due to exchange rates. So this damaged unboxed flask would end up costing me around 125 bucks plus my time. After 2 hours with customer support, I gave up and accepted the feeble discount. Stanley needs to know that this is happening. I am assuming my flask is authentic, but yeah definitely a second.

Stylish insulated cup
Gave this one to a friend for her birthday. I already have Stanleys in other colors and absolutely love them all. They are super cute and stylish. It keeps drinks cold all day and iced drinks frozen until the follwing day, sometimes over 24 hours if there is a lot of ice. Hot drinks stay hot for hours and at least warm until the end of the day.The only gripe I have with the cup is that they are not leak proof. She discovered this the hard way when carrying coffee to work in her bag. Otherwise we both love the Stanley cup

I Love My Stanley
So, I have been hearing all the hype about Stanley and decided to purchase one of my own. It had all the features I wanted in my water cup. Keeps the water cool, stainless steel, quality product and it fits in my car cup holder. Plus its cute! I am very pleased with it. One small problem. It can leak if tilted. It’s not leak proof.Its a little heavy but for this quality water bottle I don’t mind.I like how my water has a fresh taste all day long because of the stainless steel.
