Pressure Cooker Beef Stroganoff

The beef melting in your mouth along with the creaminess of the mushroom sauce! What is not to love?!

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Beef strips (preference Rump)
  • 1 medium onion finely chopped
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 420 g can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 Tbs Tomato paste
  • 200 g button Mushrooms, sliced (sliced)
  • 1/3 cup Sour cream

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in base of Pressure Cooker over a med to high heat.
  • Add onion until soft add paprika for about a 1min then add beef and brown for a about 2mins,
  • Add the soup, tomato paste and mushrooms. Stir together.
  • Place lid on lock and cook under pressure at setting 2 for 20mins. Once finished set aside and let pressure come down by its self to make meat more tender.
  • Stir in sour cream or cream.

Notes

Serve on a bed of rice, pasta or even mashed potato and veg.
