Pressure Cooker Honey Sesame Chicken
This is one of the easy chicken pressure cooker recipes. Chicken tender bite-size pieces coated sauce.

- 4 large boneless skinless chicken breasts (diced)
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup onion (diced)
- 200g green beans (cut into 2cm lengths)
- 200g broccoli
- 200g julienne carrots
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup tomato Sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 cup honey
- 2 tbsp corn flour
- 3 tbsp water
- 2 green onions, (thinly sliced diagonally)
- garnish with Sesame seeds (toasted)
Salt and pepper chicken. Add oil, onion, garlic, green beans, broccoli, and carrots, to the heated Pressure Cooker and sauté stirring occasionally until onion is softened, about 3 minutes. Add the Chicken and stir for about 2 minutes
Add soy sauce, and tomato sauce to the Pressure Cooker and stir to combine. Pressure cook on high for 3 minutes. Turn pressure cooker off and do a quick pressure release
Add sesame oil and honey to the pot and stir to combine. In a small bowl, dissolve corn flour in water and add to the Pressure Cooker. Simmer until sauce thickens. Stir in green onions.
Serve over rice sprinkled with sesame seeds.
