   I used this mini loaf pan to make a few dozen chicken loaves served with spicy salsa verde. They looked gorgeous and very professional. All the guests were wrapped with the presentation. I’ll also use it for meat, fish and brownies. If you care about presentation and easy cleaning – look no further!

   The reinforcement at the sides helps with the problem of the silicon bending and upending whatever you are trying to cook before it makes it to the oven. I have bought two of these and make a lovely mini banana bread which turns out perfect every time. The silicon makes it so easy to remove the bread and they look so inviting once turned out on the cooling rack. A great little product.
