    This is the second time I bought this item which is very good for making biscuiits. After mixing the mixtures in my Kenwood stand mixer, I spread the dough on the brownies pans and press evenly with a stainless steel square hamburger press. Then I press the cutter on top and bake it. This way is much better than using a small scone cutter or press with a spoon.
