- 80g Butter
- 1/3 cup Olive oil
- 3 Ripe bananas
- 3/4 cup Caster sugar
- 1 cup Wholemeal Spelt flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 2 Eggs
- 1Tbsn Meal Inspirations Mixed Spice Blend
Step 1
Heat oven to 180C
Step 2
Insert MultiBlade. Add butter and oil. Temp 110C, time 2 min, speed 2. Start
Step 3
Add bananas. QuickPulse 5 sec. Add eggs. QuickPulse. Add spice blend, sugar, flour, and baking powder. QuickPulse until combined.

Step 4
Pour batter into loaf pan. Sprinkle blueberries across the top evenly. Cook in the oven for 50 min or until a skewer removes cleanly.
Step 5
Allow to cool for 5 min.
Chef’s Tips
Plain flour can be substituted for spelt flour.
