Chocolate Toblerone Mousse Tarts

I don’t know what gets us more excited about our Chocolate Toblerone Mousse Tarts waiting for them to set or the licking the bowl part! Only 3 ingredients

Ingredients

  • 360g Dark chocolate melts
  • 200g Toblerone chocolate bar
  • 300ml Pouring cream

Step 1

Place 30g of chocolate melts in each Tartlet case.

Step 2

Put cases into the microwave and melt in 10sec bursts until soft enough to be able to spread.

Step 3

Using a spoon, spread the melted chocolate evenly around the Tartlet case (ensure enough sticks to the sides as it will crack on peeling if too thin).

Step 4

Place cases upside down in the fridge to set for 10-15 minutes. Whip the cream.

Step 5

Melt Toblerone in the microwave in 10 second bursts. (Be careful as Toblerone burns quickly).

Step 6

Gently fold melted Toblerone through whipped cream.

Step 7

Peel back Tartlet from chocolate cases.

Step 8

Fill choc cases with Toblerone mix and place in fridge until ready to serve.
