Well-made glass
It’s hard to tell the quality of glass from photos. Reviews of some jars talk of poor quality glass. This one has good glass, no flaws, no cracks, and the design is nice. You’d have to drop it or knock it pretty hard to break it. It’s symmetric and looks good. The mouth is too small for my hand. I’m a man with very large hands. It came with a flimsy brush that is hardly usable, but a regular bottle brush works fine. It’s fun to watch your pickles making little bubbles.

Did not disappoint!
I had some doubts based on other reviews, but was relieved and impressed when the jar arrived! It was packed in a styrofoam block and had a few extras included. I immediately tried fitting my hand in the jar (my hands are large), and it fit comfortably!The only noticeable “flaws” were a few bubbles in the lid and some divots(?) on the outside of the jar. Overall, very pleased with this!

It isn’t a wide mouth jar
I am 5’10” average build. My hands can’t fit into the jar.It is pretty but a bit annoying. I won’t return it as I got other fermenters (with weights) to use so I’ll use this as a backup or if I wanna show off something cute for a dinner. Maybe use this as my fridge jar and use the new ones as a fermenter.

dries up too fast
I left it unattended for a week and the water lock already dried up. Then when I wash it, the edge of the water rim somehow broke for no reason.Update: the seller kindly refunded me which I really appreciate.
