This is a terrific knife. I own a set of Globals and purchased these ones for other members in the family to use so my set wouldn’t be damaged by misuse. To my surprise this knife is well balanced, comfortable and holds its sharpness for a long time. Some people complain about them rusting, but that happens with any steel blade if you don’t condition them and dry them after hand washing (never put a knife in the dishwasher). I would highly recommend
