I am pleasantly surprised. This thermometer gives me fast and seemingly accurate readings. It is easy to use, just flip open to turn it on and give it a wipe before closing it to turn it off. No need to put a little cap on the probe like my last thermometer. My husband loves that he does not need his glasses to read the temperature as the display is nice and big. It’s nice that we can just recharge it with the supplied USB cable. Let’s hope it lasts longer than the Weber thermometer.

I like using it. It’s fast reading and when I tested against boiling water was spot on 100 degrees C.The only negative is that even though it’s a usb C to charge it will only work with a usb A to C cable. It won’t charge usb C to C. Had to work it out myself doesn’t say on the instructions. So I gave it 4 instead of 5 starsIt does comes with a USB A-C cable.

So much better than my old themometer.Feels like nice quality.Turns on/off as soon as you open/close the spike.Temp rating starts immediately and settles within about 4 seconds.I’m chuffed and have been unnecessarily measuring the temp of random food and drinks for the last couple of days.I haven’t read the instructions, but I don’t believe there is any kind of setting or alarm that shows it has reached a desired temp for a specific food (eg for beef med rare).It’s just a good thermometer that works quickly and nicely.Recharged with a usb-c cable
