I have seen so many yummy recipes on the internet to make in a slow cooker so when I saw the Russell Hobbs slow cooker on Amazon, I decided to buy one. It arrived promptly in 2 days. For my first cook I tried the Apricot Chicken recipe in the book provided. It was so easy to make and was delicious. It made enough for 2 meals as there is only my husband and myself now. I will certainly make this recipe again and I look forward to trying many more recipes.

Tried twice, leaves rice uncooked, and if you try to cook thoroughly, it changes the taste of rice (unless it is not made to cook basmati rice ). Unfortunately cannot return it because it has been used twice.
