This egg cooker does cook eggs pretty perfectly. Easy to use. Easy to clean.BUT the sound for when eggs are finished cooking must have been a fire alarm in a previous life. It is so loud and “emergency alarm” like that both my husband and I jumped a mile the first time! Now I use it on silent and set a less heart attack-enducing alarm on my phone.

Love just having to put a pin hole with the water level tool provided (it’s on the bottom) very easy to do. Then sit the egg in with the widest part up.fill the water in the bottom (under the eggs) . And turn the knob right around till it stopsIt will buzz when ready.. Hard boiled, no cracks.. Drop in cold water till cool, peel. No egg coming off with the shell, no eggs bursting while cooking. Marvellous invention, love it

Ordered our first in 2019 and used it on average probably once a month. Very easy to use and eggs always turn out great.However, (only?) 4 years later the coating has peeled quite a lot. Which is not a big issue as we only use it to boil eggs.However, recently the holder that holds the eggs foe boiling also started to fall apart.So we now ordered our second unit as it was half price during recent prime days.
