As soon as I unpacked the thermos, gave it a quick clean and preheated. Refilled and went back 4 hours later for a cup of tea. Beautifully hot. Tried again 2 hours later and left till the following morning and piping hot 🔥Couple of days later did the cold test and passed with flying colours. Thinking of getting another one as a gift. Very happy and highly recommend.
