Ingredients
Method
- Chop all veggies (except onion) into 2-3cm pieces, chop onion in quarters, leave garlic with skin on.
- Heat 2-3 Tbs oil into the Saute Pan on medium heat. Add all veggies and stir.
- Add 1 Tbs Moroccan Spice Blend, stir veggies and coat with spice.
- Cook on low-medium heat with the lid on and steam vent open for 10-12 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Remove lid and allow to crisp and brown for approx 5mins
