Pressure Cooker Scalloped Potatoes

- 4 large Potato (sliced)
- 1 sweet potato (peeled and sliced)
- 1 medium brown onion (thinly sliced)
- 4 rashers bacon (diced)
- 300 ml thickened cream
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1 Packet Chicken noodle soup mix
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup tasty cheese
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
In the pressure cooker layer roughly the potato, sweet potato, onion and bacon. Mix in a bowl cream, milk, chicken noodle soup, and mustard. Pour over potatoes. Bring to pressure and cook on setting 2 for 10 mins. Turn off heat and reduce pressure naturally. Once pressure released sprinkle over tasty cheese and parmasan.
