15 minute Stove-top Roasted Veggies

Super quick and easy recipe on the stove!

Ingredients
  

  • Vegetable of your choice (cut in 2-3 cm)
  • 2-3 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Moroccan Spice Blend
  • Spice of your Choice
  • 1 Large Onion
  • 1 Cloves Garlic

Instructions
 

  • Chop all veggies (except onion) into 2-3cm pieces, chop onion in quarters, leave garlic with skin on.
  • Heat 2-3 Tbs oil into the Saute Pan on medium heat. Add all veggies and stir.
  • Add 1 Tbs Moroccan Spice Blend, stir veggies and coat with spice.
  • Cook on low-medium heat with the lid on and steam vent open for 10-12 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  • Remove lid and allow to crisp and brown for approx 5mins

Great for sides with a Roast!
