This is one of my family's favorites! It is a softer version of the Anzac Biscuit! So easy to throw together and bake! Also perfect for school lunch box (without the nuts)!

Ingredients

Self raising Flour

Shredded coconut

rolled oats

crushed mixed nuts (optional)

Butter
(melted)

Golden syrup

Instructions
Turn oven on to 160°C fan forced. Mix all ingredients together
Press mixture evenly into pan
Cook for 20 mins (until slightly browned)
Remove from oven. It will be soft so allow cooling time before removing from pan and slicing up into serves.
