Sautè Pan Sponge Cake

Ingredients
  

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup self-raising flour
  • 1/2 cup Plain flour
  • 1/2 cup Corn flour

Instructions
 

  • Beat eggs and sugar in Silicone bowl with an electric beater for 10 minutes or until sugar is dissolved.
  • Transfer to a larger bowl and sift flours together three times.
  • Fold one third of flour into egg mixture then fold in the rest of flour mix.
  • Place mixture into Sauté Pan.
  • Bake on 180 for 20minutes
  • Turn out on cake rack to cool

Notes

Decorate with your favourite icing and sugar!
