Goji Berries
Instructions
In a 2lt saucepan, gently melt cacao butter and coconut oil (if using solid kind).
Remove from heat once fully melted.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Place 24 cup silicone muffin onto cookie tray Spoon and divide into 24 cup silicone muffins.
Place in fridge to set.
Enjoy Best kept stored in the fridge.
Notes
Can replace almonds with any other nuts. Can replace Goji berries with sultanas or other dried fruit Try stopping at just one piece.
