Rum balls
In the great food wars of the world (pav, hummus etc), none are greater than biscuit crumb vs crushed weetbix in rum balls.

- 250 g Milk Arrowroot biscuits
- 250 g Crushed weetbix (as alternate to biscuit)
- 400 g condensed milk
- 150 g Currants
- 2 tbsn Cocoa
- 1 cup Coconut (dedicated or shredded)
- 1/3 cup rum
Insert Multiblade. Add biscuits or Weetbix. QuickPulse until fairly fine consistency.
Add 1/3 cup coconut and all other ingredients. Speed 3 until combined.
Roll into balls s little smaller than golf balls. This is easier with wet hands. Roll in reserved coconut. Refrigerate for 15 min to firm up.
