Bone Broth
Bone broth is a delicious, nutritious, and collagen-rich liquid that’s made by simmering animal bones rich in marrow (beef or chicken) for a long time. Bones and connective tissues are added to the water along with vegetables such as celery, onions, carrots, and carrots. Fresh herbs and garlic add extra flavor.
