- Roast the Beef Bones for an hour on 180°C (give it more depth of flavour)
- Set your Pressure Cooker on medium heat and add celery, carrots, onions, roasted beef bones, water, apple cider vinegar and bay leafs, season with salt and pepper.
- Lock the Pressure Cooker lid and put on setting 2 wait for pressure than turn the heat down to low. Cook for 2 hours and you’re done!
