Lemon Curd
Perfect to make as gifts for those special occasions during festive season!

Total Time 15 minutes mins
- 125ml lemon juice
- 3 Eggs
- 4 egg yolks
- 150g Caster sugar
- 200g Butter
- 2 tsp lemon zest (grated finely)
Combine all ingredients in Saucepan.
Place Saucepan over low heat. Cook for 5 min.
Whisk until thick and creamy.
Place over a bowl of iced water to cool quickly.
Place in a container with a lid, and refrigerate until firm.
