Home-made Coconut Milk

How to make coconut cream in 5 minutes in your blender! Two simple ingredients are required - coconut flakes and water. Grab your blender, and let's get started!

Ingredients
  

  • 150 g Dessicated or shredded cocnut
  • 750 ml Water

Instructions
 

  • Insert MultiBlade. Add coconut. Time 40sec. Speed 10. Start
  • Add water. Time 2min, Speed 8. Start.
  • Remove MultiBlade. Pour liquid through double-layer muslin into a sterilised jar. Lasts about 3 days in the fridge.

Notes

Use the left-over coconut pulp in gooey chocolate brownie.
