Home-made Coconut Milk

Ingredients
  

  • 150 g Dessicated or shredded cocnut
  • 750 ml Water

Method
 

  1. Insert MultiBlade. Add coconut. Time 40sec. Speed 10. Start
  2. Add water. Time 2min, Speed 8. Start.
  3. Remove MultiBlade. Pour liquid through double-layer muslin into a sterilised jar. Lasts about 3 days in the fridge.

Notes

Use the left-over coconut pulp in gooey chocolate brownie.
