Method
- Pre-heat oven to 180°C.
- Peel, core and thickly slice the apples. Spread apples evenly over the base of the Sauté Pan and sprinkle with brown sugar and 1/4 cup water. Saute over medium heat until apples are soft (about 5 minutes).
- Sift flour into a bowl; add oats and sugar.
- Rub butter into flour mixture.
- Sprinkle mixture evenly over apple.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
Serve with fresh cream or ice cream.
