Method
- Melt butter in Sauté Pan on low heat, add eggs and beat with whisk.
- Add castor sugar, coconut, sour cream, flour and mix well
- Add apples gently blending through cake.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Cook with lid on, vent open on low/medium heat until the lid is hot (5 mins) then turn down a little.
- Cook for approximately 25 minutes.
Notes
Delicious hot or cold served with cream/ custard or ice cream.
