Method
- Heat the Wok on medium-high heat for 3 mins. Add 1 teaspoon of oil and heat for 1 min.
- Brown the beef strips in small batches, to avoid meat stewing. Set aside and keep beef warm.
- Add 1 teaspoon of oil, stir fry onion, garlic & ginger until softened.
- Add vegetables, and stir fry for 3 min.
- Return the beef to the Wok, add sauces and water, and stir fry until heated through.
- Serve with steamed rice, or noodles.
Notes
Use chicken or lamb instead of beef.
