Broccoli Salad
I love the flavour and texture this recipe brings, while using a super food like broccoli.

- 2 heads Broccoli (chopped into bite size)
- 3 Spring onions (chopped)
- 4-6 Rashers Bacon (chopped)
- 1 cup Cheese (grated)
- 1/2 - 1 cup Slitherd almonds
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup Sugar
- 1/3 cup Red wine vinegar
chop up broccoli and spring onions and place in serving bowl. grate cheese and add with almonds. Heat up frypan and cook off the cut bacon and add to the bowl.
In a separate bowl mix together the Mayo, sugar, and red wine vinegar until smooth and mix together through salad. Enjoy!
