Method
- Put the milk, butter, vanilla, sugar and rice into the Pressure Cooker and stir.
- Place the Pressure Cooker on hotplate, close and lock Pressure Cooker and bring to pressure on high heat using setting 2 (Pressure is reached when the red pressure indicator has risen)
- Once at pressure, turn down the heat and cook for 8 minutes
- Remove from heat. Quick-release pressure by placing under a running tap with cool water for a few seconds.
- Stir through the chocolate (and optional chilli) and sit for 1 minute. If there is too much liquid, heat and stir with lid off until liquid is reduced.
- Serve immediately

Serve with ice cream or custard and fresh berries
