Method
- with chopping blade in, load onion and garlic. Speed 8, 10 seconds
- change to stir assist
- add all other ingredients and select Stew P2
- allow hot mix to settle for 2 - 3 minutes before decanting into sterilised jars.
- makes about 2 litres
Notes
for more kick add more chilli powder or chilli flakes if you like. I am sure that fresh chilli could be used but not being a chilli lover can't guarantee the results
