- Preheat oven to 180 degrees. 1st tortilla on the base of the pan, spread Mexican sauce, spread BBQ chicken over sauce, sprinkle spice and cheese. 
- Spread sour cream over 2nd tortilla and place down on the first layer. Repeat steps for 3 layers of the same. 
- Finish with final tortilla on top, sprinkle with cheese, and place in preheated oven (without lid) for 15 minutes or until cheese on top is browned 
- When ready put on the stovetop, place a large chopping board over top hold the handles with the board and flip out. Cut into quarters and serve immediately.
