Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees In 2ltr Saucepan place Water, Sugar, Cocoa and Bicarb and bring to boil
- Allow to cool slightly
- Add eggs, and mix thoroughly
- Add flour, vanilla and combine
- Pour into your Siicon round cake pan and cook for approx 35-40 minutes, once cooked leave in pan for 5 minutes, then turn onto cooling racks, once cool ice with your favourite icing
- Ganache Icing add cream and chocolate into the pot and melt all together, once this is done, pour over the cake ENJOY
Notes
some times when making this I add a ripe banana to make a choc banana cake or I omit the cocoa and add a couple of banana's to make it a complete Banana Cake ... this is so easy and YUMMO
