Method
- Season flour with salt and pepper and coat steak in mix.
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker and quickly brown the steak and put it to one side.
- Add butter and onions and fry until caramelised
- Add stock, vegemite, tomato paste, and combine.
- Add steak and add to the pressure. Cooker for 25 mins.
- Quick release. Put steak to one side and thicken gravy with flour or cornflour. Serve over steak with veggies or your choice of side dish.
