Ingredients
Method
- Mix all ingredients (except the Eggs) in the Pressure Cooker and bring to boil on high heat.
- Using Setting 2, Lock on Lid and bring to pressure then turn heat to low and cook for 8 Minutes.
- While the rice is cooking lightly whisk the Eggs and cook in Frypan, then chop.
- Once rice is cooked Quick Release and stir in cooked Egg.
- Season with Salt & Pepper and serve.
