Method
- Fill your brazier to 2/3 with water and bring to the boil. Add a pinch of salt
- Add pasta and stir, bring to boil (without lid). Cook as per packet instructions.
- 2-3 minutes before pasta is cooked, add peas and return to boil.
- When cooked, strain into steamer then return pasta and peas to brazier.
- Break up tuna and stir through pasta / pea mix with a little of the oil.
- Season well with pepper and serve.
Notes
This makes an absolutely delicious salad. Allow the dish to rest until it returns to room temperature and serve with a sprinkling of fresh parsley.
