Speedy Sticky Pork Ribs

These Sticky Pork Ribs will be done in no time and are finger licking good!

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 kg American-style pork spare ribs
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/3 cup   marmalade
  • 1/3 cup  Kecap Manis (see Chefs Tip)
  • cloves garlic (crushed )
  • 40 g ginger  crushed or sliced 
  • 2 tsp spice powder (5pcs)

Instructions
 

  • Combine ribs and water in Pressure Cooker. Close and lock Pressure Cooker and bring to pressure on high heat using setting 2 (Pressure is reached when the red Pressure Indicator has risen).
  • Once at pressure, turn down the heat and cook for 15 minutes.
  • Combine all other ingredients in large bowl to create marmalade mixture.
  • Remove Pressure Cooker from heat. Quick-release pressure by placing under a running tap with cool water for a few second.
  • Preheat grill while Pressure Cooker is cooling.
  • Drain ribs and combine with marmalade mixture in bowl
  • Pour 1cm of water into Square Roaster.
  • Arrange ribs in a single layer on Silicone Roasting Rack in Square Roaster.
  • Grill for 8 minutes or until browned, turning ribs half way through. Brush with occasionally with remaining marmalade mixture using the Silicone Pastry Brush.
  • Serve immediately with fresh salad.
