Method
- Thread chicken on to skewers. Combine oil and Dukkah and rub into chicken sticks.
- Heat a oiled griddle pan and cook chicken for 8 mins or until browned all over and cooked through. Be careful not to have heat too high as Dukkah will cook quickly.
- Combine all ingredients for Dipping sauce.
- Serve chicken sticks with dipping sauce.
