Rum balls – Cook Processor
In the great food wars of the world (pav, hummus, etc), none are greater than biscuit crumb vs crushed weet bix in Rum balls – Cook Processor
Ingredients
- 250g Milk Arrowroot biscuits
- 250g Crushed weetbix (as alternate to biscuit)
- 400g condensed milk
- 150g Currants
- 2 tbsn Cocoa
- 1 cup Coconut (dedicated or shredded)
- 1/3 cup rum
Step 1
Insert Multiblade. Add biscuits or Weetbix. QuickPulse until fairly fine consistency.
Step 2
Add 1/3 cup coconut and all other ingredients. Speed 3 until combined.
Step 3
Roll into balls s little smaller than golf balls. This is easier with wet hands. Roll in reserved coconut. Refrigerate for 15 min to firm up.
