Anzac Slice
Anzac Slice
This is one of my family’s favorites! It is a softer version of the Anzac Biscuit! So easy to throw together and bake! Also perfect for a school lunch box (without the nuts)! Anzac Slice

Ingredients
- 1 cup Self-raising Flour
- 1 cup Shredded coconut
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup crushed mixed nuts (optional)
- 125g Butter, melted
- 100ml Golden syrup
- 1 Egg
- 1 cup sugar

Step 1
Turn oven on to 160°C fan forced. Mix all ingredients together
Step 2
Press mixture evenly into pan
Step 3
Cook for 20 mins (until slightly browned)
Step 4
Remove from oven. It will be soft so allow cooling time before removing from pan and slicing up into serves.
