Bone Broth
Bone broth is a delicious, nutritious, and collagen-rich liquid that’s made by simmering animal bones rich in marrow (beef or chicken) for a long time. Bones and connective tissues are added to the water along with vegetables such as celery, onions, carrots, and carrots. Fresh herbs and garlic add extra flavor.

Ingredients
- 8 Pieces of beef bone
- 1 stick of celery
- 2 carrots
- 2 onions
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 Bay leaf
- 2L hot water
Step 1
Roast the Beef Bones for an hour on 180°C (give it more depth of flavour)
Step 2
Set your Pressure Cooker on medium heat and add celery, carrots, onions, roasted beef bones, water, apple cider vinegar and bay leafs, season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Lock the Pressure Cooker lid and put on setting 2 wait for pressure than turn the heat down to low. Cook for 2 hours and you’re done!
