Ingredients
- 300g Self raising Flour
- 1/2 tsp Bicarbonate of soda
- 125g Caster sugar
- 125g dark chocolate bits
- 1 egg lightly beaten
- 125ml Milk
- 125g butter melted
- zest and juice of 1 orange
- 1 orange segmented
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C for 15 minutes.
Step 2
In a medium bowl, combine flour, bicarbonate of soda, sugar and chocolate.
Step 3
Add egg, milk and butter.

Step 4
Stir in zest and juice.
Step 5
Spoon muffin mixture into the 12 cups of the muffin tray.
Step 6
Top each muffin with an orange segment. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
