Lemon Icebox Pie
Lemon icebox pie, a favorite of the family when you need a pie that is quick and easy to make. Even children who are too young to operate an oven can prepare desserts! This dessert looks very pretty with the addition of whipped cream, mint leaves and a garnish.
Ingredients
- 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
Directions
- In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add the condensed milk and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the crust. Refrigerate for at least two hours before serving. If desired, garnish with mint leaves and whipped cream.
