Pressure Cooker Honey Sesame Chicken
Simple, Easy, and Delicious 🙂 Pressure Cooker Honey Sesame Chicken
This is one of the easy chicken pressure cooker recipes. Chicken tender bite-size pieces coated in sauce.
Ingredients
- 4 large boneless skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 200g green beans, cut into 2cm lengths
- 200g broccoli
- 200g julienne carrots
- 2 Cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Tomato Sauce
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 cup Honey
- 2 tablespoons corn flour
- 3 tablespoons Water
- 2 Green onions, thinly sliced diagonally
- Garnish with Sesame seeds, toasted
Step 1
Salt and pepper chicken. Add oil, onion, garlic, green beans, broccoli, and carrots, to the heated Pressure Cooker and sauté stirring occasionally until onion is softened, about 3 minutes. Add the Chicken and stir for about 2 minutes
Step 2
Add soy sauce, and tomato sauce to the Pressure Cooker and stir to combine. Pressure cook on high for 3 minutes. Turn pressure cooker off and do a quick pressure release
Step 3
Add sesame oil and honey to the pot and stir to combine. In a small bowl, dissolve corn flour in water and add to the Pressure Cooker. Simmer until sauce thickens. Stir in green onions.
Step 4
Serve over rice sprinkled with sesame seeds.
