Glass arrived fine, but the airlock in the package was broken. I emailed the company and received a reply not even 30 minutes later, and an hour after that a new airlock was being shipped to me. They also gave me suggestions on what to use in the meantime. Amazing support that is almost unheard of these days. Will be purchasing again from this company for sure.

Airlock broke immediately
Update: The seller was incredibly fast to respond to me and sent over a new airlock. Amazing customer service and a great product!The jug, cork, and tubing all worked great and were easy to clean and use. However, when I tried to use the airlock, it immediately snapped in my hand, making it unusable. I ended up using a plastic bag for my fermenting this time.

Airlock (plastic) had a crack in it. Still functions but not 100%. Two other items were perfect.
