Pumpkin Hummus

Pumpkin Hummus
Nice tasting variation to Hummus and it is easy.
This pumpkin hummus has a subtle smoky taste and warm Mediterranean spices. With pita chips, this easy appetizer can be made in 10 minutes

Ingredients
- 1/2 Small putternut pumpkin sliced lengthways
- 400gm Drained and washed Chick Pea tin
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 Tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1&1/2 Tablespoon Tahini paste
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
Step 1
Bake pumpkin in oven 200 degree approx 30min until tender and brown
Step 2
In Cook Processor pulse garlic for 5 secs

Step 3
Add remaining ingredients and blend for 30secs speed 9
Step 4
Scrape down sides and blend 30secs speed 9

Change it up with more or less garlic or add your favourite Chefs Toolbox spice eg Morrocan or Indian Biryani Enjoy
