- Artichokes – whole 25-40min
- Asparagus – whole spears 7-13min
- Beans, green – whole 6-10min
- Beetroot – whole scrubbed 35-50min
- Bok Choy / Choy Sum – leaves with stem 3-5min
- Broccoli – Florets 5-7min
- Brussels Sprouts – whole, trimmed 8-15min
- Cabbage – cut into wedges 6-10min
- Carrots – cut into thick slices 7-10min
- Carrots, baby – whole 10-15min
- Cauliflower – florets 5-10min
- Corn on the cob – whole, husks removed 7-10min
- Fennel – cut crosswise into 1cm slices 8-10min
- Kale – trimmed 4-7min
- Kohlrabi – Peeled and cut into ½ cm cubes 5-8min
- Leeks – Trimmed, cut in half 5-8min
- Okra – Fresh whole okra, trimmed 6-8min
