  • 1 Pressure Cooker

Ingredients
  

  • 500 gm 4 lamb chops roughly diced
  • 1 garlic clove crushed
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tsp Indian Biryani Meals Inspiration Spice Blend
  • 2 1/2 cups vegetable stock
  • 1 cup Basmati rice

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in Pressure Cooker
  • Add spice blend and garlic and saute until it forms a paste
  • Add lamb and brown
  • Add stock and bring to boil
  • Add rice and on the boil, lock the pressure cooker
  • Cook on high for 10 mins
  • Release pressure – Add Beans and let sit for 5 minutes

Notes

Serve with fresh Roti or Naan bread and crisp whole green beans. Top biryani with coriander if desired.
