Method
- Boil sausages until cooked, drain and set to one side
- In a saute pan, fry onions, garlic and apples with a dash of olive oil.
- Chop sausages into bite size pieces and add to saute pan.
- In a separate bowl, combine sauces, vinegar, sugar and tomatoes, add to saute pan.
- Simmer on low for 20 mins, stirring occasionally.
- Serve with mash and veggies.
