Lamb Biryani With Green Beans, Raita and Roti Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 500 gm 4 lamb chops roughly diced
  • 1 garlic clove crushed
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tsp Indian Biryani Meals Inspiration Spice Blend
  • 2 1/2 cups vegetable stock
  • 1 cup Basmati rice

Equipment

  • 1 Pressure Cooker

Method
 

  1. Heat oil in Pressure Cooker
  2. Add spice blend and garlic and saute until it forms a paste
  3. Add lamb and brown
  4. Add stock and bring to boil
  5. Add rice and on the boil, lock the pressure cooker
  6. Cook on high for 10 mins
  7. Release pressure – Add Beans and let sit for 5 minutes

Notes

Serve with fresh Roti or Naan bread and crisp whole green beans. Top biryani with coriander if desired.
