- 500 gm 4 lamb chops roughly diced
- 1 garlic clove crushed
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tsp Indian Biryani Meals Inspiration Spice Blend
- 2 1/2 cups vegetable stock
- 1 cup Basmati rice
Heat oil in Pressure Cooker
Add spice blend and garlic and saute until it forms a paste
Add lamb and brown
Add stock and bring to boil
Add rice and on the boil, lock the pressure cooker
Cook on high for 10 mins
Release pressure – Add Beans and let sit for 5 minutes
Serve with fresh Roti or Naan bread and crisp whole green beans. Top biryani with coriander if desired.
